Honda 2 Wheelers India — Pending Scooter Part Not Provided Even After 1 Month Urgent Resolution Required

I bought 2 Activas from this showroom, but they didn’t give me one part of the scooter. I have visited them at least twice a week and also called them, but they keep saying the part is not available. It’s been 1 month now, and I still haven’t received my part. Instead, they tell me to try another showroom or get it from local shops. Then what is the point of buying 2 scooters at the same time if I can’t even get proper service from the showroom?
