Disappointed with the after sale service of honda. When received call asking for rating... They are ready to accept the rating given by me. Rather trying to force to come back to them

Vehicle no. WB20AX8078 in the name of Chitrorath Guha at Leaders Honda, Abantipur 1st service. Told to go there by 8 am as confirmed over ph no. [protected] by a lady day before yesterday. Had to wait there for 2 hrs. Time is valuable. Who is answerable?
