I bought unicorn 160 cbf on 28.03.2015 frame-ME4KC202CF8002314 ENGINE-KC20E80023515 FROM Sherit Honda Jaipur.
1. The service manager(pushpa honda) did not know about oil refill, he filled 900 ml instead of recommended 1 lit. After complaint in the third service, it got corrected (evidence of service schedule enclosed)
2. Air filter was not available at any of the service centers in Jaipur, it was replaced about 15000 km instead of 10000 km(written complaint was lodged in Pushpa Honda Register).
3. Unavailability of chain checkup plug and other parts caused not only inconvenience but also efficiency.
Now there is a noise of cylinder in my engine. After repeated complaints, they only tightened tappet. My problem is still persistent.
I have been using Honda Passion for last thirteen years and now losing faith in quality, performance of honda products. I feel cheated this time buying Unicorn 160. Could you help me or buy back the product as early as possible.
