I have purchased Honda Activa 125 BS-VI, having registration no.RJ14KJ8491, from satnam Honda, Tonk Road, Jaipur in December 2019, but since last december-2020 some problem came to my notice in my two wheeler after giving my scooter for free service at Advent Honda, Jaipur or otherwise. Since, then my scooty having irritating voice, during driving I also felt vibration in leg (foot step) as well as in my hand (handle). This problem was brought to the notice of the concerned person (technician) at service center (Adven Honda, Jaipur) every time. But this problem could not be solved after all giving my scooty at service station of Advent Honda, Jaipur time and again 4 to 5 times. Last time my scooty was held for one week in nearby March-21 again by Adven Honda, Jaipur but problem found not solved yet. I again brought the issue instantly but they denied to having said problem. Only after this I also found that my scooty body accessories not assembled properly and noisy every time. It make me feel my new brand scooty getting worsed at service station.
I got tired of giving my scooty for solving the issue time and again because my grievance and issues were not solved at Advent Honda, Jaipur or rightly taken up to be solved.
But I can certainly say that my Honda Activa BS-VI having problem and not solved yet.
I have also brought the issue in their Given feedback/complain No.[protected]. But no my problem is solved yet.
I also draw your kind attention that such problems occurred in my scooty could not be solved by your given authorized Honda Service Station if service station are okayed with their observation then, problems occurred in my scooty appears to be manufacturing fault, kindly refund my entire purchase amount paid or replace my scooty with new scooty with same features without any fault.
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful .
Presently I am driving faulty scooty with irritating voice after giving handsom amount for purchasing the Honda Product and make me remind of HONDA PRODUCT & SERVICE are not worth price.
This kind of Product and service being offered not worth matching prestige of Honda.
I hope the concerned person /authority will surely understand plight of (mine) a customer and take necessary steps to solve my problem at the earliest.
