Honda 2 Wheelers India — rc book not received by honda dealer after purchasing hornet.

I purchased Hornet green color bike in march 2018 and still RC not yet received. I am really frustrated by them and don't want to visit showroom again. I didn't got any notification or any clarification regarding this. After visiting post office and showroom many times I am writing here. My Bike number is MH12NY2785.

I think Just because of popularity of hoda bikes in india Theys don't care about customers.
