Honda 2 Wheelers India — RC Not Received

Mai 09 june 2022 ko honda 125cc ka bike cash me purchase Kiya but abhi tak mujhe RC nahi mila, aur mai dealer ko complain bhi Kiya hu but uska koi bhi staff koi action nahi lete hai,
Meri yahi request hai ki aaj mujhe lagbhag 3 years 8 mahine 24 din ho gya but abhi tak vehicle ka rc nhi mila to kya seva de sakti hai aur yeh...
