Subject: Escalation of Refund Request for Cancelled Honda Activa Purchase

Dear Manager

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to escalate my previous request for a refund regarding the cancellation of my Honda Activa purchase, which was initiated on [ date-: 20/6/2024] and subsequently cancelled on [cancellation date :21/6/2024].

Despite my initial request submitted on [date :21/6/2024], I have yet to receive a response or confirmation regarding the status of my refund. As per the terms of the sale, I believe I am entitled to a full refund of [1000/-Rs], and I am concerned about the delay in processing my request.

Note: I purchased a Honda Activa in my wife's name, but she does not have a bank account yet. Please provide me a refund on my account listed below. I have provided/attached the purchase receipt.
