Dear team,
1this is to bring to your kind consideration that yesterday i went for my second free service of activa 4g to shoolini honda parwanoo a sub branch of shoolini honda, solan (Himachal pardesh). I reached there about 3 pm apx, one man sitting on the counter asked me and i said i m here for service. He said ok wait few minutes its lunch time going on. As per rule i waited till the lunch was over. Other man came after 20 minutes asking me the same question, i again said i m here for getting service done. He said ok sir, thereafter he asked is it paid service i said no its second free service and the date of free service was about to expire on 22 nov 2017.
Thereafter he changed to his words straightaway saying if its free service then come some another day and if its paid we shall do it now just only because the vehicle was not delivered from his dealership.
I just want to ask whether company doesn't pay for free service to the dealers or they should mention a clause that free service will only be valid from the same dealer where you purchased the vehicle.
Very much disappointed for such a pathetic and rude behaviour of shoolini honda, solan (H. P)
Please check out where's the fault, very much shocked to see such a rude behaviour of the employees.
