Honda 2 Wheelers India — regarding bad service against prashant motors pvt. ltd. muzaffarpur bihar

I have visited prashant motors pvt. For servicing of my bike namely activa 3g br-06-ar - 5297 but no satisfactory service was provided by said institution.

Point of complaint are as follows:-

1. The washing motor was not functioning properly but the said facts was not informed/disclosed by the institution to me at the time of receiving the said bike.
2. Being request to the administrator (Madan pandey) he did not speak sorry for inconvenience.
3. The toilet of the said prashant motors was very dirty.
