On dated 16/04/2021 I visited to Boudh Shree Shyam showroom for servicing my Honda Activa 5 G. And Scotty back light damage to replace a new. When I went there they ask me to purchase that damage part from showroom. And I buy that part ask to service manager to repair my bike. At that time service manager deny me to service my vehicle and ask me to come after 4 days at Showroom as staff not available at Showroom. After that I raised a complaint against showroom at customer service center with ticket No.1-[protected].
When I again visited to showroom for same service manager warned me to close the complain i[censored] will no close for same will not give you service.
Regarding this I've called to customer service center but still time could not get any service improvement or action from their end. Kindly help me for same asap.
