Sir, i have purchased Honda Activa 125 on August 2021 in om prakash Honda dealer, guduva cherry, chengalpet, Tamilnadu.i have given second free service to omprakash yesterday dt 29/12/2021.After service next day i start the vehicle it is not started.immedaatly i contact service centre people he came &said it is sensor problem issue.& I had a doubt that. My new vehicle battery may be changed . I saw in invoice copy & warrenty service book they are not mentioned the battery no anyware.i asked the show room people they said we could not mention the battery no invoice for new vehicle at any cost.i contact service mechanic he said it is battery issue.we claim warranty and replace it &it will take ten days time and put temporary battery to my vehicle.my vehicle no is TN19AR 2462.OWNER NAME IS.THARUN PRANAV K S.My issue is we trust the service centre but they are doing some illegally &it will spoil the Honda company reputation.This is my humble request please kindly try to sortout this type of issues.

Not yet resolved my battery issue . showroom service manager only given the assurance not yet solved.
Honda 2 Wheelers India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
