ticket no.[protected] pending more than 2months no response from honda yet
i had done my amc plan for my vehicle [protected]@sri bharani honda kallakurichi when i enrolled in amc plan they said 3free service, out of 3 i had done 2 free service already for the third amc free service, i approached the service centre but now they refusing to do the 3rd free amc service and stating that there is only 2 free service in amc only 1extra waterwash is allowed.
They neither provided me amc plan book nor receipt of amc
they refusing to change any spares which comes under extended warranty
but the same company sri bharani honda, chinnasalem branch agreed to do the service, but the home branch where i put amc refusing to do
i want to know how many free services in my amc plan
so i kindly request to look into this issue and solve the issue as soon as possible.
I had attached the receipt copy with this mail in that no terms and conditions mentioned when i asked about amc coupon book, they said no need all record on system u get 3 free maintaineance service and extra waterwash by orally and now they are refusing to do but the same company chinnasalem branch agreed amc had 3 free service
i trusted on honda amc not on dealer so i need proper explanation from honda and solve this issue as soon as possible
