I have purchased Activa 4G in 2017. From day 1 I have faced many problems and visited your service center many times but issue was not resolved. I have logged somany complaints over phone and mail from 2018 onwards. whenever I call, your customer care representative will say that problem will be resolved but no action being initiated from your side.
For example I have faced vehicle starting problem by automatic start button & kick. If i have not used my vehicle for 2 to 3 days it needs to kick the vehicle for 40 to 50 times to start it. Your local service center took more than 3 years to resolve this. Now same problem repeated after some time of repairing.
I have mentioned other complaints also during the time of warranty but issues not resolved that time. Afterwards they are saying that repairing charges have to bear as its out of warranty. What my question is why my vehicle was not serviced properly during the time of warranty even after complaining somany times. Recently 1st time I have serviced my vehicle outside and got repaired in single attempt which was not done by your service center. I am requesting you to reimburse the repairing charges.
