I purchased a new Honda CD110 Dream bike from JSP HONDA Anna Nagar on 07.01.2022, with vehicle no. "TN12AR3270".
From day one, we have been facing gear noise and clutch plate problems. I contacted the service person from JSP HONDA Anna Nagar. They said that they would clear this issue on the first service.
I did my first service on January 25, 2022. As promised, they didn't sort out the issue and didn't inform me about the same on the first service.
I did my second service on 09.07.2022. This time also, they didn't change or sort out the problem.
I enquired about the issue on 08.08.2022. They asked me to change the new clutch plate now and I needed to pay for that.
I called my local mechanic and enquired about clutch tightness, and he said if we tighten more, then the clutch plate life time will be very short. I asked about the same to your service center people; they didn’t bother to look into this issue.
If we need to change the clutch plate every time, like every two months or five months, then why do we need to purchase it from Honda? Why didn't you inform your customer that your clutch plate lifetime is very short at the time of purchase?
Is this my problem? Why didn't they solve this at the first service or second service itself?
When the warranty period was there, they didn't use it. Is this the way you deal with your customers?
I request you to take the necessary action to solve the above-mentioned problem and resolve it as soon as possible.
