Sir I made a request for providing the fuel under Road Site Assistance registration. I made a request at 17:59 hrs on 14 July 2018 and the customer care gave me assurance that the fuel will be provided within 45 minutes but till 0635 I didn’t get any response. That’s why I again made request on 18:40 hrs and the customer care Executive Mr Ashutosh gave me assurance for providing the fuel within 45 minutes however your representative of service centre assured to provide the fuel in 25 minutes. Considering the promises as genuine, I waited for more than 50 minutes but I didn’t get the fuel and I arranged from some other place . However I got call from service centre representative after leaving the place.
Sir if it is a process of Road Site Assistance then it should be developed and the guys working under you should be instructed to provide services as per commitment because road Site Assistance is an emergency requirement Was this information helpful? |
