Honda 2 Wheelers India — RPM meter repair within warranty period. Request for replacement | |||
TICKET NO :[protected] dated 12/8/22 I have raised complaint to Honda two wheelers custom care on 12/8/22, mean while two times contacted them for resolve, no action taken yet for my query. Please find above CC Ticket number for the reference. I have 1+3 years engine waranty program for my Unicorn bike hence I'm elegible for free of cost spare, I have requested to replace the RPM meter, service center delayed 70 days still no improvement. My complaint as follows: I wish to inform you that I have done regular bike service on 08/02/2022 (REGISTRATION NUMBER :TN 23 CS 4212) at M/s.Shabeel Motors Pvt. Ltd, Kanchipuram, Padappai branch, Chennai. Bike delivery taken on 09/02/2022 during my travel I have witnessed RPM meter not functioned and I have intimated to service person same day. After two days I went to Padappai honda service station and they told me to get service from M/s.Shabeel at mudichur branch - Chennai branch since they are having hole service set up. I have done next service at M/s.Shabeel - Mudichur branch on 01/06/2022 and informed them to rectify the RPM meter along with general service, same day evening they informed me that RPM meter has to be replaced.They given assurance to arrange RPM meter and raised intent for that, I have intimated to them I have 1+3 years Engine waranty and they accept to provide the RPM meter in free of cost and they accept. After 65 days, continuous follow up through SMS, Whatsapp, Voice call to Mr. Surya service manager called me to bring bike for RPM meter replacement on 08/08/2022, I hand over the bike to service person, very next day Mr. Surya service manager informing me RPM meter charges have to pay, i said I'm have waranty why i need to pay. Even he is not bring RPM meter till date, he is deliberately doing this. He told me that If I agree with payment for RPM meter then only he will arrange the spare. He dragged the purchase arrangement upto 65 days, and now he trying to hide his delay and avoid me to get the service. I disappointed lot for this kind of attitude by the service manager. Hence I request you to kindly intervene and sort out this issues and provide RPM meter in free of cost sine I have 1+3 years Engine waranty. Please do the needful. Was this information helpful? | |||
