On 16 May 2022 I bought a SP125 from authorized showroom from yammunagar. They have cheated me and making me fool for last 20 days. Not even a month got completed and on bikes silencer rusting came up even after 2-3 days from the day I purchased. Every time they said not today will get rectified in a day or two. Now till date I suffered a lot as I am doing job in gurgaon and till date every 2 days they ask me to come to agency and every time I have to bare the fuel expenses which is Rs.1000. Till date I have visited 15 times however not conclusion provided me. Now I got harrased that's why moving to consumer court. Fuel plus my salary deducted from the leaves and not only that they had disturbed by mind because every two day I have to drive 230 km for single side. I do have all the evidence with me. Everytime I ignored the expenses but now all the limits got crossed so I need all the money back which I have bared and I don't want this bike as well because they provided such a pathetic support.
