Hi team,
This is my complain number 1-[protected]
i purchase activa last year and sicce last year i am facing problem and everytime i go through vendor/service centre they said no issue all ok
i told him that i have facing issue of vibration but they said no issue (hawa jyda hai) like they said but after free servicing they found fault in my activa that you have clutch katora issue
and they said you will have to pay for this
but my question is already i talk about this problem but at that time there is no issue
time to time i go through service centre
and the blunder comes they have no record of my activa
they said you purchase activa in june 2020 when whole country is in lockdown
and i told him i purchase this in march 2020
and one more thing they have no record of my first servicing also
and i complaint to customer care they also not anesering me they said vendor told ur that you purchase activa in june
i attached the recording of vendor who called me and said you purchase activa in june and she is very bad behavior
is there any solution for me for customer kindly provide resolution for this or else i will take an action that vendor and provide my full reimbursement
and still i am facing that issue kindly its a request you to provide me a solution and get a call from your senior or compliance officer
