Honda 2 Wheelers India — Service center delays

I had provided my active for service in Egmore branch of Chennai on 28th Dec 2020.
Dealer name: Didar motors
Invoice number: TN01BA[protected]

I am.extremely unsatisfied with the service they provided. I was called almost an hour earlier than required (store people wanted to leave before time I guess) & then they made me wait as the activa was not ready. Upon asking the staff were least bothered and did as they pleased as it dint matter to them.

This is really frustrating and I am sure I will not want to visit this service center again in future. Request the officials to kindly look into this matter
