Honda 2 Wheelers India — service centre issue | |||||
I have bought a new honda cb shine on[protected]. On 27th august 2018 the bike was not working so i went to the service station and gave it for service at ganga automobiles, hirabaug, varachha surat (Main branch @ ring road, surat), gujarat. And they gave me back on 29th august 2018 and gave a bill of 120 rupees. And told that i[censored] want to have a ride then first you have to give 120 rupees then only you will get you bike. Its not a week we bought a bike and there was a problem with it and the company is also not behaving properly. The manager of ganga automobile mr. Chintan dont know how to behave with customer and was behaving rude with me and telling why you came here to take 120rupees back, why you want your money back? Is this the way they behave with the customers. We gave money and bought the bike. Its not free of cost that they r behaving like this. I am attaching a invoice of my vehicle and service invoice too.
