Today I took my Honda Activa to a Service center. He started writing the job card for the list of problems. In the end, he asked me to change the Engine oil or not. I told them it was not required. He stopped writing the job card and asked me to take the bike. I asked the reason. I was shocked after listening to the explanation from him.
The reason he mentioned:
His manager gave instructions not to take any bike for service if they are not going for Engine Oil (The service center price is 950/-). But the actual cost varies from 300 - 350/-. He gave me his manager's number and he is disconnecting the calls. Asked to provide his Superior. He mentioned he went out of the station. So I came to know that even if the Engine oil is not required, they are changing and charging to the customer. Was this information helpful? |
