Dear Honda Team, I have purchase Honda Activa 6G on 15th Nov 2022 at Hamsa Honda, Baji junction, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, Vehicle Number AP39RJ9522,
on 13th August 2023 my Two wheeler Honda Activa 6G vehicle had not stoped at while I'm in driving and indicator orange light is on for some vehicle problem, immediately I have informed to the showroom staff but no one helped me to get resolve for three days and on 16th August 2023 morning I have took my active Honda vehicle to Hamsa Honda showroom at Baji junction, Visakhapatnam and requested to check the problem but the showroom technician don't understand or couldn't resolve my vehicle problem so he informed to near by other service showroom mechanic so I have handover my vehicle and went to home, on 17th August 2023 evening I received a call from the showroom (Mr Ramu) showroom supervisor had informed me that some engine or electrical harness problems are there with my vehicle so I have to pay Rs. 3500/- towards the ratification of my vehicle problem, it's just 9months past which I brought this Honda Activa 6G and I have faced this problem for the 1st time is there any solution to my vehicle or can I get any compunction, request the Honda Team to get back to me ASAP.
