Honda 2 Wheelers India — Service which I received from Arihant Honda Service Center Aurangabad

I met with an accident last month while driving my Activa 6G. So, for repairing I claim my insurance and get the work done. I gave my scooter for 10 days to the showroom for repair and they did denting and painting of my scooter okay okay type. But the major thing where I am very dissatisfied is Tendon cover work (Upper back fiber cover of tail lamp). They did not fix the body of the scooter properly. Now due to my job I got transfer to Nashik location and when I noticed that body fitting then I went to showroom in Nashik (Khushi Honda Service Center Nashik) then I came to know that the clips of that fiber cover are broken and which is done by mechanic of Arihant Honda Service Center Aurangabad. When we met with an accident at that time the complete body of the scooter was in good condition. The metal body on the right side was just flatten and few scratches were on the scooter. But this clip was broken by the mechanic and the person who was in contact with me was Pramod ([protected]). When I was taking delivery he was saying everything is good you just take your scooter on my trust. I even asked him about my petrol opener which was going hard. But he said even it is good if it is fit. Petrol does not get out of it. So, now what should I do? I just completed 1 years by buying my scooter and now it is in this condition.

When I got a call from Airhant Honda, Aurangabad (Person Name: Kishor Kumar) he said give us option to resolve your issue. But I said now I am in Nashik and I can bring my vehicle at Nashik service center. Then he said please visit to Nashik honda service center and call us but today dated 01st Aug. 2022 when I went to service center in Nashik then Kishor Kumar is completely denying for that which he said on previous call. He is saying that I did not ask you to bring your vehicle at this service center. Even though I asked him to speak with Service Manager of Nashik service center. He also spoke with him and he said to this manager that keep vehicle with you for few days and do something with this or alter this part and return this vehicle to the customer or claim in the insurance on your level. But I am completely denying to claim in the insurance and also not ready to keep my vehicle in showroom for 1/2 days. Because to change this part they need only 15 min maximum.

Honda, now give me the option what should I do?
