Honda 2 Wheelers India — servicing is not proper

I am haren chandra pandey. Resident of beldih., purulia district, westbengal. I purchased activa 4g two wheeler scooty on 13 march 18. Number of this scooty is wb56m9577. Frame no me4jf50cbj7114690. The wheel drum of the rear wheel becoming redish colour after continuous driving and also becomig very hot when it is running condition. I went for second servicing on 6 june 18 and also complained about this problem. But member of the s p honda servicing centre (Purulia) isimply denied abot this problem and they also could not care about this. I am so afraid about this problem.
