Honda 2 Wheelers India — speedometer not working

I was gone to uday honda in lado sarai in new delhi india with my honda livo bike due to speedometer not working and they check and told me that my speedometer is dead but i was again check my bike with other mechanic to other place they check and says my speedometer cable is damage and i replaced cable my problem short out to other person. But uday honda service center is want to extra money behalf on cable to speedometer. This is very bad.. Why they disturb of costumer and in which my bike normal problem and they want more money veryyy bad.
