Honda 2 Wheelers India — SS motors kurnool- bike servicing issue

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by your authorized service center, SS Honda Service - Kurnool Andhra Pradesh, for my Honda DIO (Registration No TS 33 9700).

i gave my bike on 19th NOV 2025 and they said they will deliver the bike on 20 NOV 2025 (For back wheel baring change) my service .on 20th evening i called the service center for bike delivery time and they chnaged the delivery time to 21st NOV afternoon..And there was no response from them for the calls .on 21st .After multiple attempts also on 21st evening 5 o clock, they said that still they are doing it...they took 3 days for servicing a bike.

This was not the first instance.I had pathetic experience earlier also, after general service, my bikes back tyre was not installed properly and tyre came out while driving.Since i was riding slowly and noticed shaking of the wheel and stopped the bike and noticed that wheel has come out.
