I had booked Honda Bike on 29th August 2021.

The Day when I took delivery i.e. 05th September 2021 from Kanchan Honda some sort of different sound came after starting the bike. On asking about it to Kanchan Honda they said it is normal. I took delivery as after that sound was not there on that day.
Again next morning same sound came & same repeated daily morning & evening. (After parking for 8 to 10 Hours).
Meanwhile I went to Pilot Honda for 1st servicing on 05th October 2021 & raised complaint of that sound & they assured me to solve the issue (which they failed).
Again I went to Pilot Honda for 2nd servicing on 14th February 2022. Again I raised same complaint & this time also they failed to solve.
I drop a complaint on Honda website & Pilot Honda contacted me & promised me to solve my issue. I went to Pilot Honda on 1st March 2022 & handed the bike to them. On 2nd March 2022 received call from Pilot Honda that my bike is repaired. I took delivery on 3rd March 2022 Morning. Surprisingly the same sound for which I had raised complaint for came again so I complaint to Pilot Honda again & dropped my bike on 6th March 2022 at Pilot Honda. After keeping bike for more than 1 week took delivery on 15th March 2022 on their call that they have changed some part from which that noise was coming.
This time also it was not repaired & in the evening while going to home from office same sound came. This time after taking delivery from Pilot Honda the pickup & performance was very poor than I gave to Pilot Honda & the bike is heating beyond imagination & some burning smell is also coming which was not there when I gave it to Pilot Honda.
MY QUESTION TO HONDA IS IF I HAVE TO USE REPAIRED VEHICAL I WOULD HAVE PURCHASED 2ND HAND BIKE FOR 30 TO 35 THOUSAND & REPAIRED IT & USED IT. I DIDN'T SPEND 1, 00, 500/- TO USE REPAIRED BIKE & SPENT ON CABS & TAXIS WHEN MY BIKE IS WITH PILOT HONDA. I HAD ASKED HONDA TO REPLACE THIS BIKE BUT THEY DIDN'T RESPOND TO MY REQUEST.
I REQUEST YOU TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER & HELP ME REPLACE THAT FAULTY BIKE WITH NEW ONE & MAKE HONDA PAY COMPENSETION THE SUM OF AMOUNT I HAD SPENT TO TRAVEL BETWEEN MY HOME & OFFICE WHILE THE BIKE WAS WITH PILOT HONDA.
