Honda 2 Wheelers India — Suspension issue in unicorn 160 | |||||
I have serious suspension issue with my bike. It is very hard and suspensions are not at all shock absorbers. Have visited service centers many a times but no progess in fixing it since the service engineers/mechanics are not aware how to make it soft and shock absorbing. I am very sure that it is adjustable since when i took it for compliant for the first time they have adjusted the suspension smooth. But when i gave for the next service again the problem started(must have adjusted during regular check). Post to this i have requested them to make the suspension as smooth as before many times (nearly 10-15 times) but they gave back with even harder suspension. Once i visited their service desk and checked with them and they stated that since this is new variant, they have not been instructed how to adjust the suspension based on the requirement.(Unfortunately i have not visited the service desk when they corrected it for the first time which is the normal practice) Would be happy if someone helps to get it smoothed / to contact the person who have knowledge about this and able to alter the suspension settings as per my recruitment.
