My vehicle (Honda activa) regd no ap35ac 2593 met an minor accident on 25 may 2016. I went to the honda servicing center (Dadi honda, vizianagaram) on 26 may 2016 for repairing of my vehicle and they give approximate estimation of 19, 000/- (Copy att) and the same had been submitted the insurance authorities for furthers action. On 02 jun 2016, when i went to collect my vehicle and i saw their work and completely dissatisfy because they didn't done as they say and they done another works (Handle & fork bend) which was not complaint by me, not even inform to me. And the bill description was not adequate (Ser no13 showing as painting and denting charge 1500/- and ser no 14 showing other (For replacing of 3 items the labor charges) was 2000/-) copy att. When i met the manager, he give 200/- sympathy on me. After two days i noticed a noise from the part which was changed a new one has not been fitted properly and i went again the servicing center and they fitted that again. Tell me how a customer have faith on you, while having this type of experience. The hole thing is still im unable to diciest, so please do a favorable action against my complaint unless i will go through the rti.
