Mr. Anshul Rawat, the service manager from Utkrishta automotive pvt ltd Dehradun is mannerless & unprofessional manager and behaved rudely with me. I strongly recommend customers not to visit DS Honda service center at Shastri nagar, Dehradun. Managers at TVS service center are far better. DS Honda service center in shastri nagar dehradun is worst in providing post sales services. Their advisors are good but one of the floor supervisors named ANSHUL RAWAT who manages the servicing is very pathetic and unprofessional who doesn't know how to talk with customers, talked very aggressively and din't even listen to customer grievances. He talked like if he is the owner of all Honda franchisees. Let me explain the actual incident:
I received several calls last week to get my motorcycle serviced, so I visited the service center on 10th Aug 2025 at 10 am and got the token number 49 and was waiting for my job card to be created as per the serial number. However after waiting for an hour I have noticed that the advisors are not picking job cards based on serial number as they were picking no. 35, 49 even if earlier number like 19, 27, 47 were not entertained. I understand there are 4 advisors and due to which later number can be picked instead of earlier no. as they were 4 and an advisor could have taken more time on one job card, but the difference is huge between 19 and 35, 27 and 49. Other customers were also frustrating just because of this. You can see the same complaint situation in one of the image/video I will upload later if possible.
So when, I had gone to share this customer grievances with the service manager named SANJAY BHANDARI, then someone told me he is on leave and ANSHUL RAWAT is managing in his absence. When I shared customer grievances with him then inspite of listening to my problem, giving solutions and cooperating with me he started to talk aggressively then I have asked to please tell me to whom should I contact to complaint further and if there is a solution for this, then he again responded aggressively and told me "Jahaan Jana hai cahle jao or complaint kardo kuch nahi hone wala".
So this is the attitude of a so call floor manager at D S Honda. Hello is not professional, doesn't know how to handle such situations, how to talk to customers and solve a problem. This is very bad experience at DS Honda shastri nagar. I don't recommend anyone to go there and get services as they are not professionals.
