Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by your authorized service center, Satnam Honda Service - Jaipur, for my Honda Grazia (Registration No: RJ14-JX2220).
Despite multiple visits and repeated part-wise replacements during engine servicing, the issues with my scooter remain unresolved. I have not received satisfactory service, and each visit only results in a higher bill without any real improvement in vehicle performance.
It seems the focus is more on increasing the bill amount rather than genuinely resolving customer complaints or delivering quality service. As a loyal Honda customer, I find this extremely disappointing.
I kindly request the following:
A detailed inspection and resolution of the ongoing issues with my vehicle.
Assurance of quality service and replacement of defective parts (if required) under warranty, if applicable.
A formal response and action plan from your team at the earliest.
Please treat this matter as urgent. I expect a prompt response and proper resolution.
