Honda 2 Wheelers India — Very worst response in Honda two wheelers

Dear sir,
My name is KALYANAVENKATRAMANAN G WORKING AS A SERVICE MANAGER IN TOYOTA. I have a Honda unicorn BS6 Model(TN47BY7849) purchased in Karur chakara Honda dealership.I like the bike very much and it was also my dream bike. With a lot of hard work I have brought the bike. But my bike has some complaints, the complaint is if I park my bike in direct sunlight for approx 1 hr after driving the bike while the gear bike is getting jerked. Then after some time the bike is turning off automatically simultaneously with the kicker and starter switch not responding. Then I called the Honda dealership one technician came on spot and he cleaned the spark plug and he said there was no problem in the bike. Then I visited the nearest Honda dealership. I explained the complaints to the manager he checked and said that it was normal. The response of the service manager in the karur honda dealership in very worst. My complaint was not rectified, so I have to service my bike in trichy due to the worst service handling in the karur honda dealership. I have clearly explained my complaints to the Trichy MA HONDA dealership. My bike was there for a week then they told me that all the complaints were rectified and they told me to take the delivery. Then I took my bike. The bike was in the same condition after that I called the Trichy Honda dealership. He said that please come here once again and we will check the complaints in another branch. The Trichy MA honda was 80 km away from my location how can go there again and again. I am totally dissatisfied with honda. I have personally recommended the honda unicorn to all my friends and relatives in that five of my friends purchased the honda unicorn. They are also facing the same problem. They also visited the karur honda dealership. The service manager told them that there is no problem with the bike. As a service manager in Toyota my company is providing proper training on how to respect and treat the customer. So I am requesting the Honda Bike company to give proper training to the service manager in the Karur dealership. So I am requesting Honda directly to rectify my complaints in my bike or give me the new bike. Thankyou
