Honda 2 Wheelers India — wrongly charged by jsp honda showroom while purchasing new vehicle

I have wrongly charged by jsp honda showroom chintal branch, around 7000rupees.
They are not providing invoice with breakup details as they have cheated me. Now the hdfc executive is saying that he will return extra amount which he has illegally withdrawn from me. I need solution and i want to know what exact cheating has done for me.
Kindly support and provide legal rights on this issue.
