Honda Activa — Honda Activa scooty - 6G - a bundle of issues

Hi,

I bought Honda Activa 6G with registration number HR26ES6711, eight months ago from a Yume Honda showroom in Gurgaon (Haryana). After buying of one month, I started facing problems.

1 - Seat lock started creating problems. mostly seat doesn't open even If I press the seat unlock button multiple times. sometimes opposite of this - seat opens up but lock doesnt lock properly. Agency changed the lock, but still same issue again again. Agency manager accepts that there is problem in seat lock and Honda knows about this. this is strange, if honda knows about this problem why they are selling faulty scooty. why Honda is making fool of people by looting their hard earned money. Moreover, the problem occur again and again, for this have to go to Agency, it takes lot of time again and again. wastage of time as well.

2. Several times, when I start the scooty, it stops immediately. Means, Missing problem is lot in this scooty. Mechanic do something, but after sometime, same problem comes again and again. again same story as in seat lock.

3. The scooty vibrate a lot, mechanic clean up something, it works for couple of days, but after sometime, the problem comes again and again.

I told these issues to the Branch Manager multiple times, they say that we can not do anything, and ask me to go to any other agency for this. My question to the Manager is that, at the time of sell of the scooty, why dont you use the same wordings, why dont you ask buyer to go to some other agency. non-sense people. just making money. I am totally frustrated. No solution so far.
