I had given my vehicle no. TN45 BA 5085 on 15.02.2016 for service at your service center. After 2 days i received my bike on 17.02.2016 (Job Card No. 04196, Attender Name: Mr. Rajesh). But none of the problems i mentioned were resolved, I received my bike as it is. Inspite of this i was charged with Rs. 1204/- (Receipt no. 6854, dated 17.02.2016). They haven't given me any bill so for no explanation through email
Please kindly gives clear picture of the detailed service for my bike service.

    Hi I Purchased a Honda Activa on 25 Jul 2015, with High josh and happiness, But it lasted for a day only. The vehicle was figured out with a problem of switching off when the accelerator comes to minimum. it switches off as and when i apply breaks near to a speed breaker and signals. I went to Honda service center and got my vehicle for service... and rectified. it went smooth for a day and from the next day again the same problem started. It was very embarrassing to have a new vehicle with a problem like this..Due to the problem at signals and speed breakers i have to raise accelerator and simultaneously hold the breaks which increases the noise. Then I thought like its a new vehicle, with a few hundred kilometers run the problem might get solved, but the problem gets more and more day by day. even i am not comfortable to visit the service center with the same issues again and again. Please have this issue resolved.     Sometimes my bike does not start with self it become totally dead, I visited service center 4 time but problem remains same.. I changed every thing from self bottom to fuse, relay even I changed battery also.. I also checked wiring. so wht can I do now plz tell me..give me quick reply
    My Honda activa I cdi part changed by Honda authorised centre but my activa is under warranty but he is says cdi part not given warranty and my Honda activa i running kilometres only 5000 only.
    My self surjit singh. I purchage the hinda activa by sehgal honda mukerian. But sehgal honda sale the duplicate peice in activa sale me. My activa no is PB07BB3104. solve my problem urgent basis. Either i will go the consumer court.

      i bought a honda activa from rajpal honda limited through CSD in indore, the showroom is located near sapna sangeeta mall of indore, the veh was purchased in Apr month and accordingly i had paid the entire amt. The showroom personal Ms Neha had taken the documents and said that within amonth the registration of the vehicle and the Number will be given by the RTO office and same can be collected from the showroom However ever since than no contact has been made by the company with me. The behaviour of the staff in particular Mr Sandeep of the showroom is atrocious and lackadasical I had personally contavted him more than five times to enquire about the registration number and every time he said that he will come back after checking however no action has been taken. The entire showroom appears to be a blot on the honda good name and I am hugely dissappointed with both the response and the attitude of MR sandeep and the showroom, , I dont expect that still any action will be taken as I have lost faith in the brand itself Thank you and wish was never part of this honda family hugely dissapointed Maj devendra Negi Golf view 96 B Mhow Madhya Pradesh Contact No [protected]

        it is only 9 years back we purchased our HH. Now it is impossible to start by thumb switch. Service Centre at Tirumullavoil said us to replace the engine ...which will cost around 15000. it seems it is not a service center but a replacement center. local mechanic said babbit m/t can be deposited and ground to come to Factory condition which will cost 1000+. another mechanic told the cyllinder can be replaced at 5000.
        I have buy honda activa recently on june 17th 2014 but i am fedup of it because every time in service they are taking charge 2000 rupees approx of different things and bike is not giving average also and the result is not satisfying my need.

          I PUNEET KUMAR PLANI s/o sh. MANDAN LAL PLANI ADD. D-11/202, sector 7 Rohini Delhi. I purchase a Honda activa from Globus Motors Pvt. Ltd on[protected] at cash payment Rs. 54730. The showroom representative allot me the number is DL-8S-BK-8505 at the time of the delivery & said that the number plate & R.C will be collect on next week after one week I go there at the showroom the representative how sale me the activa left the job from that day I go there showroom on every two or three days around 30 to 40 round on the showroom every day a new commitment from the showroom staff to wait one or two days now when I call today Mr. KULDEEP SINGH told me that your number is allotted to other person & he force me to change the number in abusing language with my brother after that I want to the showroom at their he continued his misbehave with us and then I call the 100 no at 2.42pm PCR came their & see his behavior he call the local police I.O Mr. K.P SINGH had seen the register of showroom in which the number was allotted to me & overwriting on the register. Pls take the action possible against Globus Motors Pvt. Ltd & KULDEEP SINGH (manager) to provide me the same number or return his activa.

            I have purchased Honda Activa in this month from Mohali Honda dealer. I have given the Address proff of sangrur. when i went to go for applying RC they told me you have to submit the documents at sangrur within 3 Days.The Amount is 2900. I tried same for in sangrur city .there amount is for applying RC is 3800.i dont know why there is so much difference.

              Respected sir, I am having problem with dealing of honda activa dealer his name International Honda bathinda 151001near bus stand.He is very uncomfort person and not have sence of dealing of customers first he committed me RC delivery3 months of activa white colors but they did not give me RC of my ACTIVA.I have call them so many time an I also visited there so many time but they did not take it seriously and always ignor it. I also paid all the money including the fees of RS so I reaqust to u take strict action "International Honda, Bathinda" and my purchanging date 8-9-13 and my activa chassis no is.ME4JF501JD8454891and engine no is. JF50E80454891 whan i made an argumentagainst this he started using rough language against me and start aboused. now the company have to take action against this person to save the image in front of the custmors an consumer. I am just fed up with the attitude of this dealer. It my requst to company that pack up this dealer and save his prestige in the city.                 I bought Honda Activa last October from that day it haven't work proper even a single day. From the day I purchased activa it haven't work proper every time your service manager says Activa is like this only. It is giving average of 20-25 only. Without doing CHALK it never starts even within hours. Your service dept says without Chalk it never starts. P.S: Even I try to post complaint on your website but it is not working it's very amazing that website of so much big company haven't works Sam

                  I bought a Honda Activa in Surya Motors in Poonamallee kaatupakkam branch.i faced lot of problem from the day i purchased the vehicle and also given for first service but really felt bad about the service , they given the scooter without solving any problem especially i faced a problem with solution leakage in tyre tube that is not solved and also i took a photo for that.The quality of service is very very worst and responsibility also not good after purchase.

                      THE DEALER OF SHRI KRISHNA HONDA DELHI ROAD ROHTAK (HARYANA) HAS TAKEN CHARGES FOR ,GEARCOMP,KICKDR,INJECTOR CLEAN, LABOUR FOR BATTERY CHEAKING EVEN THOUGH THE TWO WHEELER IS WITHIN GARANTE PERIOD .VEHICLE IS HAVING PROBLEM WHILE STARTING BATTERY IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY .DUE TO THIS PROBLEM I HAVE TO GO 6-7 TIMES TO THE AGENCY WITHIN FOUR MONTHS (DATE OF PURCHASING --2/9/11) . BUT THEY DOES NOT BOTHER TO THE PROBLEM.AFTER PURCHASING THEY ARE NOT GIVING GOOD SERVICE AND NOT ATTENDING THE CUSTMOUR PROPERLY.

But my near by showroom dealer are not taking booking give just excuse that company is not open booking b`coz already 5months before booked activa have not been delivered that`s why. After few minutes another sales person came and told that we can give you activa today . but you have to pay (On)extra price i asked how much they told Rs.50500 is onroad price + Rs.12000 (On)extra = Rs.62500 if you pay this we will give you activa today. Is this fair i gone all showroom all are telling same thing some demand more price Rs.14000 also. I have to buy activa for my sister and i can afford extra price.So pls tell me wat to do.

                              I am working in ESI hospital, sarojini nagar, kanpur road , lucknow. I have your activa with registration no. UP 32 BE-3411. I am facing starting trouble since begining. I get regular service from ur REPUTE dealer M/S RADIANT VEHICLES PVT LTD,KRISHNA NAGAR, LUCKNOW. Ur dealer attended complain many times,giving execuses , at last changed battery , problem remained the same. Come to know strange thing, serviced scooter on 29/10/11, scooter stoped in the way many times,when crosschecked than come to know that engine oil tank is empty.Which means "KNOW YOUR DEALER ".Complaining to ur dealer would be waistage of time & energy. So i request you to kindly take action to the said dealer for the said complaint.
                              I hope wiser counsels will prevail and the needful will be done from your side without forcing me to take a drastic step.

                                  I have booked HONDA ACTIVA White color on 4th Nov 2010 at Sri Kanaka Durga Honda 40-1-130, MG Road Vijayawada and I paid an advance of Rs 1000/- at the time of booking, I also paid the remaining amount Rs 55,777 on 28th April 2011. But till date they have not delivered the vehicle. This is not the correct way to deal with customers. They promised delivery within 4 months. Please do take appropriate action for the same.                                       I want to purchase activa.but all dealer nearer surat ask me to give me delivery after 6-8 month from booking since last 2-3 month.
                                      if I pay extra 10-12 thousand on MRP then they give me delivery on hand.
                                      If honda really has shortage of 2 wheeler then how they give active on hand- with costumer demand color only.
                                      How honda and their dealer can cheat with us with create shortage of 2 wheelers and sale on hand if costumer give[protected] extra on MRP.
                                      I request you to check really honda allow to their deler to take[protected] extra on MRP and if cosumer can't pay extra then give delivery after 6-8 month.

                                        I am Yogesh Yeshwant Shivdavkar from Mira Road (E) . I purchased Activa (full payement i made) from Sai point - Mira road Near hariya park, GCC club road on 23rd of March 2010 . After 1st service of my vehicle i found problem in my "fuel meter" and i told them about this and service centre supervisor Mr. Sagar told me it was faulty fuel meter and he will replace it from company but from 2 months i am waiting for fuel meter and there is no proper response from them and they just telling me that company don't have fuel meter right now and u can't get it from any other shop also Mr. Sagar said that he ordered 5 fuel meter but all are faulty. Iam physically handicapped person and i visit service center 4/5 times and also called them many times but i am just getting promised from them that they will replace it as early as possible but still now nothing was happened .

                                        My vehicle has got the fuse problem till now 45times but the problem has not setted to it soo its "waste of buying the activa" soo as soon as possible come at fix de problem other wise exchange my vehicle ok

                                          I am not sur ewhether our grievances make any differences to these auto makers because they know they will still sell in Indian market as the consumer laws are taken for granted.

                                          My activa is in a bad state the rear half of the bike entirely came off the hookk, never imagined that scooters become half on roads though possible only in workshops, but Pratul Honda Hyderabad made it possible for my activa to be in bits nad parts. Pratul is making honda a bad expereience. I am sur eit hardly matteres to them

                                          there is complain for the eternal honda in bhavnagar city that from the date i hav purchased ma activa, there are few problems in the scooter which are not repaired by the servicers at the time of the service.

                                            Sir, honda motors limited , in its broucher for its scooter Activa claiming that "the all new honda activa gives you 15% more milage than its previous model" . It is objectionable . A customer who has come to buy a scooter has nothing to do with the milage of its previous model . The company has right to make official claims , or not to make claims about the milage, as its not always a standard parameter , but in any case the customer should not be confused with such non sense claims. It is deceptive that company is saying it gives "15% more" but not telling what was the actual milage of its earlie model. please stop them form doing this.

                                              Activa Breack fitting which connected to front wheel that fitting is vibrating when move on vehicle
                                              I service activa 4 times in Arora motors( company work shop) Pali, I already complaint to arora motors all time , but they reply that this is company foult and we are unable to solve this vibrat proble.

                                                Dear Sir,

                                                I had booked an Honda Activa scooter on 14th Nov 2009 via Arya Bhangy Motors, Alwaye, Ernakulam dist, Kerala, India wide receipt no. C 4184 & booking no. 22300.

                                                On the booking time the dealer promised that the delivery of the scooter will be commenced within 2 months from the date of booking.

                                                Till date already 2 months & 4 days completed. On enquiry with the dealer i'm getting the reply that temporary permit is not being issued for my area. My area comes under the Muvattupuzha RTO circle. But this has not been declared with valid documents.

                                                On local enquiry i came to know that vehicles booked upto 16th Nov 2009 has been already delivered.

                                                Since the dealer promised that the delivery will be done within two months i had already arranged the payment via loan.

                                                So i strongly believe that this is the negligence by the Dealer.

                                                So i request you to take some positive steps to deliver the vehicle as early as possible.

                                                  I am Mohd Sarwar and living at Malerkotla Distt Sangrur Pb..i want to buy a honda activa scooter without accessories and for this puspose i contact personaly at surya honda at malerkotla but they refuse me to do so. and after that i contact krishana autos at sangrur on phone they told me that i have to wait for two months for the delivery of scooter. but i want to buy it as erly as possible.

                                                      the engine is heating very faster.tyre is not rolling. without putting petrol it is not working.
                                                      I am 62 years old and a retired central Govt officer.
                                                      I have a Honda Activa of 2003. I have been using it. since 2 years I am getting this complaint.
                                                      The Auto start is not at all working. I cannot use manual start because I am a Heart patient.
                                                      When I take to the service station they just chage the battery and give it back to me.
                                                      This works for a month and again the same problem comes. Last mont they changed the rectifier and charged the battery and gave. same thing is happening after 15 days. Again they replaced the battery.
                                                      The probelm stiil occurs. These service people are unable to solve the problem.
                                                      is there any one good service station where i can get it repaired.

                                                        sir I purchased honda activa from Planet honda Bangalore on 17/07/2007
                                                        I have given for service there for 4 times 5th time i have given service point at M/c Haiku honda Domloor Bangalore they have made a bill amount of around rs 500.
                                                        Now this is my 6 th service i given at City Honda Double Road Bangalore
                                                        they are telling that engine case is broken inside someone has broken in earlier service and put gum on that fixed as is. This came to me only now they have informed and show the gumming and all.
                                                        Now tell me who is responsible for this.The cost will be around 2500
                                                        what step i have to take now please inform me immidiatly

                                                        sir,
                                                        i have booked honda activa standard model on 21/3/10 at sahil honda a showroom of honda company in our city . they are not giving delivery of honda activa standard model . They have taken time of 45 days for delivery and now they are saying that,take deluxe model of activa,there is no much rate difference on both the models because there is no availability of standard model all over india. i want only standard model. on booking they said that surely you will get delivery in 45 days. i think that they want me to take deluxe model. i dont want to pay extra money for deluxe model thats why i have choosen standard model.
                                                        so, please kindly take some action on it.
