My Bike got damaged and needs some parts to be replaced. When ever reaching to service center they are saying parts is not available and they are not even ready to give any date when that will be available. Just saying try with other service center which is almost 50 km far from my home.
I raised multiple complaint through service center call, every time they are creating a new incident and saying have sets with high priority and will get back to you within 48 hrs. Same is repeating since almost one month. They are not even ready to transfer call to senior executive, always saying they are busy and not be available to discuss.
