Honda Activa — Wobbling and pulling of bike on one side

I purchased Honda Activa about four months back. Within two three days I noticed that there is a wobbling in the handel and also scooter is pulling towards one side. Went to the dealer and also to a service center. They tried to fix this atleast twice but the issue was not resolved. I requested to exchange this scooter but no response from the dealer or the company. Really helpless at this stage
