Dear Sir We have booked the complain with Honda on 25th Feb-15 Communication ID: 1-[protected]. Complain: Fluctuation in the sound of horn, parking light and reverse light as well, when the vehicle is running or the engine is start only. This complain is from very first day of purchase of vehicle. Compliance: NO COMPLIANCE AGAINST THE COMPLAIN DATED 25.02.15. Comments: The attitude of dealer is NOT satisfactory, they jus buy the time and say to contact the factory where the Honda car manufactured. Important: More than five time we visited the dealer and workshop regarding this problem, the workshop manage changed the horn but the problem still continuing. Loyal with Honda: We are loyal customer of Honda and recommended our relative for Honda Amaze who purchased Honda Amaze in the name of Satyendra Tahkur, on 21st Oct-14 from VAishali Honda Patna. Expectation: We expect from Honda to solve the problem as soon as possible, if required then please send some expert engineer from plant to check the vehicle. In the night the reverse light and parking light also fluctuate. We feel very bad when we blow horn and the sound fluctuate from low to high. WE have complain about this problem since purchase of vehicle and more than 6 times we visited the service centre but no solution came out. The service centre person say that there is manufacturing defect and they are unable to solve the problem.
