Honda Cars India Ltd. — Honda city car making rattling noise.

Hello all,

1. nothing has been repaired or rectified ("ratling noise still persist") properly, dakshin honda service station has kept my car for 8 days and they have repaired my new car but "they have not rectified the ratling noise issue".

I had got a call from delhi or noida saying that this time the problem will be solved once and for all, but sorry to say, today when i took delivery of the car from the service station, "i didn't even drive a farlong" i was able to hear the noise"."within the service station only i was able to hear the noise"and"showed the noise to the manager shekhar sir also and shekhar sir also agreed that the ratling noise is still prevailing and not rectified properly".

2. inspite of telling so many times the kouling part which has come out because of putting packing material, has not been replaced.

3. shekhar sir has sent one supervisor murugesh to hear the noise if it comes harshly. even he also agreed the noise very harsh and untolerable. please take the feedback from him also.

4. also i have recorded once again the video and shared it to bhagya mam via what's app.

@ bhagya mam : i want your sincere opinion on this one, can you please reply that are you able to hear the ratling noise clearly or not in the video?

@ bhagya mam you also know that the problem is not solved, as i again complained after i took the drive in the service station itself.

@ shikha mam and ajay sir: now you please tell isn't this a manufacturing defect and have you not cheated the customer.

See both : i am really fed-up and i sincerely don't want your relationship, i have given you all the options.
1. i asked for the replacement of the new car, you people didn't reply.
2. i asked for my money back you people didn't reply.
3. i asked proper repair even thats also not possible from you people.

I have all the email thread which is a clear evidences and easily i can put a case in the consumer court.

This is very very bad response from you people
