    This is to share the ever worst experience i have faced in any product that i have received after its service. i really do not know if it will be useful or not. my car met with an accident on 13/05/2022 and it was moved to the body shop on the very next day. first of all, i received the car back only after 4 months(09/09/2022-to be precise). i had contacted the concerned section frequently and escalated the issue to the customer care but really was of not use. i gave the car with minimum 10 litre petrol and received back empty. explanation i got was they used the vehicle multiple times for trial run. so my next question is, didnt they notice that my fog lamp is not working? or didnt they notice that water leakage is happening from the AC vent? i did not give the car for that issues because, they would take another 2 months for resolution. my iphone data cable was inside the car when i gave for repair which i did not receive back. as iam also working in service sector i know how customers are treated which i did not get from your side, a single percent. in short i am really disappointed with the service and care given for myself and my car.

        But abhi ye problem jyada hi bad gyi hai 15 dino se gadi chal hi nahi rhi hai jhatke mar rhi hai or band ho ja rhi hai
        Mene 5 bar sorum me visit Kiya unhone har bar cheack ki uske baad de di. But jyada se jyada 5 km chalne ke baad wapash kahi bhi khadi ho jati hai
        Jis karn mujhe bhot problem ho Rahi hai
        Mene 31 aug ko scooty ko sorum me khada kr diya tha unhone 48 hours ke liye rakhne ka bola tha
        48 hour baad mene call Kiya to unne bola ho gayi hai le ja lijiye
        But me scooty leker aaya phir se 5 km bhi nahi chalo or band ho gyi na hi kick se start ho rahi thi na ho self se
        Phir mene wapsh leja ke sorum me khadi kr dii abhi tk unka koi call nahi aaya hai
        Na hi abhi tk unne scooty ko cheack brwaya hai.

        Scooty nahi hone ke karn mujhe bhot problems ho rahi hai

        Ab me kya kru aap hi btaeye
        Please meri problem k solution nikaliya jald se jald please

            TO WHOME IT MAY CONCERN

            Sir,

            I am retired Gp Capt Malik and an ardent user of HONDA cars. I have had three Honda cars in the family and my son currently owns a CRV . I help my wife in her garment business in Noida though we reside in Defence Colony, New Delhi. I was wanting to replace my old city with a new one but have faced a lot of harassment by two Honda dealers in the process .

            I would like to bring to notice the harassment I have been subjected to by the dealers for the last one month. We were still contemplating the purchase of Honda City but meanwhile our HR Manager acted fast in good faith and booked a car with Crown Honda instead of Delhi due a misunderstanding without realizing that Company’s registered address was Delhi. Meanwhile I booked the car in Delhi with Samara Honda as I was to leave for outstation the next day and instructed him to hold or cancel processing with Crown Honda. He acted immediately the next day on the proposal received from Crown on Whatsapp and asked them to hold processing which was acknowledged and confirmed by Crown in writing on whatsapp. It would be pertinent to note that the proposal sent by Crown on whatsapp has not even been signed and accepted and by our company.

            Now that the vehicle has been received for delivery to me, I am being refused delivery by Samara Honda due to some audit issue being quoted by them. Such harassment is not expected from dealers who represent a company like Honda . I would certainly not like to maintain relationship with a company that treats it’s old and loyal customers in such a manner. I would also not want my associates to go through such an experience unless some action is initiated against the defaulters who are eroding a loyal customer base of Honda.

                I am using Honda WRV car since 2019 which was purchased from Brigade Honda, Yelahanka, Bangalore location as brand-new. Car's Air bag alarm was malfunctioning suddenly post my 40K kms service (On the same day).

                I had spent one whole day with Dealer (Brigade Honda, Yelahanka) to troubleshoot the issue but they couldn't get the issue. Then the car was undertaken by dealer to work with Honda cars India technical team to identify the issue and after 4 days time, they mentioned the Cluster need to be replaced. Then in 10 days time they received the Cluster and tried to replace it, while they tried to copy the data from old cluster to new cluster, along with data the alarm mail-functioin issue also got copied to New cluster, and the new cluster again becomes unusable.

                Now, they Honda Car's Warranty team mentioning that, They will be not able to copy the data from Old cluster to New Cluster. They will just replace the cluster and provide the car with 0 kms running status.

                I am really not satisfied with the response provided by Honda Cars India on this issue. Honda was named a quality product, But I could understand how this kind o[censored]nique issue comes in Honda car, however, they do not have procedure to replace the Cluster along with Data. It looks like Honda cars quality has been degraded a lot and they do not have required technical expertise to fix the issue on the cars.

                  I am from Karnataka State Bagalkot district RABAKAVI -Banahatti Thaluk last 7 months back I bought Honda Activa 110 scooter from Doddappagol Motors (Honda Showroom) and I asked them for number plate after two months of bought my scooter they next week it will be their we will call and you come and fix it they told next i went to their again they sorry next week pakka again same this kind of they telling and daily i am to my office work daily police officer are stopping me fining so please you only tell what shall one are other problem they are telling.Now just few minutes ago I called to the owner of that showroom he said network issue is their in RTO office so call me some other time or i will call these are the reason of this dealers. I believe that you rectify regarding this issue within 2days if definitely I will take further action. Iam very sorry to say this last line because I am fed-up with it..

                    I am owning city zx automatic petrol variant 2022 model and has drove approx 5800 kms in which i am getting max 8 kmpl average and has complaint many times but no results has been delivered till date from landmark honda ahmedabad service station in bopal, ahmedabad

                      Our car stopped in forest area yesterday. We have lodge a complaint on toll free number twice on yesterday but nobody came for our help and we stuck in mid of the forest area with heavy rain and still no one take action against our complaint.                         Sir/ Madam,
                        This is to bring into your kind concern that I am a resident of Payyanur.
                        With all due respect, I am writing this email of complaint regarding your car service centre. I have been using your service for quite a time now for the maintenance of my car however, I am not pleased with your recent services. I would like to inform that on 02/08/2022 I gave my car to the driver authorised wide Letter of Authorisation-12210 for repairing at your service station (APCO HONDA, CALICUT) having invoice No.SR[protected] dated 06/08/2022 and the issue with the car was Brake pad changing. I received the car back on 09/08/2022 but the repair is not satisfactory and delay in delivery, which was not at all expected. I am going to repair this from another service centre.
                        The customer invoice was generated by the service centre on 06th of Aug and the delivery was made on 09th of Aug 2022. This cannot be accepted as I was continuously following up the delivery of car.
                        Further, I would like to invite your attention to the concealment of fuel by the service centre. When driver came to pick up my car, fuel was filled till 6th block. Unfortunately, they have returned my car after consuming 4 blocks of fuel (reserve fuel icon blinked) and driven 35 kms. It is clearly evident that service centre is concealing customers’ fuel.
                        I request you to kindly look into the matter and do take needful action by means of refund. I believe I will get to hearing from you soon. I hope that this will not happen again, and you will make sure to do so. For further inquiries you may contact me at the number provided below.

                          I have honda city 2018 DL10CK6461 and also have extended warranty.
                          After 4years i am facing rust problem in my RHS DOOR bottom both corners from inside and outside due to not proper water flow out from drain holes present at the bottom both sides of door.
                          I contacted honda service centre and also wrote mail to honda company about my problem but they simply denied for any help but this is due to there manufacturing defect. They said me rust problem doesn’t come in extended warranty. I my really shock to see this type of response from such reputed company and also shock to see the quality of product they are using in car. I also have more brand car which are older then this car i have never faced rust problem in that. I have a good service record with company and always done my car service from honda service centre. Honda is not using good quality of products in manufacturing there vehicles due to which we as customer have to face these type of problem.

                                  After an accident my car is with Dakshin Honda, Bengaluru for 7+ weeks now.

                                  There is continuing delaying of work every time with new reasons. The body shop does not provide status update, estimate (insurance is being claimed) nor sticking to delivery dates.

                                    Arya Honda’s (Sewree) insensitive atrocious service - ref : car regd MH03CM1950

                                    We have got the most pathetic and atrocious service from Arya Honda, swear not to come back to this junk yard again - and this isn’t the first time, on all occasions they have failed giving good service, it is an insult to us.

                                    The staff is so insensitive :
                                    1) they never bother to answer phone call or keep us updated on the status on the development or delivery
                                    2) timelines are never honoured
                                    3) Each person gives different status to confuse
                                    4) they are not cooperative and do not provide any assistance for processing insurance claim and body shop service

                                    Time and again we have been facing issues and Arya Honda has taken us for granted, they are not bothered to improve their services.

                                    The executives with whom we have faced behavioural issues are;

                                    1) Santosh from body shop - he never stood to his commitment and provided no support for insurance, in case he felt he is incapable he should have involved his senior from body shop
                                    2) Mohammed (Replacement for santosh) - his phone is conveniently switched off, in case it is on he thinks it is his right to ignore calls of customers
                                    3) Irfan (body shop head) - (he is not approachable even to his subordinates, he behaves like he is the king of Arya Honda - he never bothered to intervene with helping us negotiate with surveyor nor had any idea on status on the work.
                                    4) Sheetal - whose job is to ensure that executives calls and updates status to us - this lady has standard reply and I quote “I will ask the person to call you in 5 minutes” but the call never comes.

                                    In short Arya Honda is ensuring that HONDA as a company shuts its business soon - this could be a part of a larger strategy on part of Arya Honda - their adamant nature to continue providing cheap and substandard service quality is a testimony to this conspiracy.

                                    Request Honda officials to take action on this agency and its staff, please black-list Arya Honda before you lose your market standing and patrons loyal to Honda.
