Sir, i have completed a paid service for my honda jazz at aadit auto company, 130/131 perungudi estate, chennai, tamilnadu, india - 600096.

They have charged me the following for 4 tyres:
Wheel alignment rs 696.20
Wheel balancing rs 613.60
Wheel rotation rs 0.00

However when asked for wheel alignment, balancing and tyre rotation report they told me it confidential information.
I suspect its a charge without doing the job. Reports which is sent later is not acceptable.
Similarly, no old filters, etc is given to car owner.
I believe the service station is giving "inflated" bill.
Please investigate.
How can i trust the service company again?
