1. I purchased honda car. 2. As per the company scheme 2. I won usa tour for two person. 3. The tour is to be organised by travel partner of hcil. 4. The tour partner is having interest of his business profit maximization, Instead customer interest and care. 5. Travel partner hurried up and misbehaved while processing the visa and Tour planning. 6. I complained to customer care of hcil. 6. There is no proper response of customer care and it seems that the Customer care is favouring travel partner. 7. The email presentation continued since march 2018 till this date. But no Concrete solution has come. 8. I am interested for usa tour for two person just like other persons who Have completed tour.
