Honda Cars India Ltd. — issue relating to car accident and responsibility of honda showroom | |||||
Dear sir, I introduce myself, g. Manikumar from tirupati, andhra pradesh. *car no:-ap04bl4388* I am a customer of honda and i am a big fan of honda cars, i used to give many good reviews in past about honda amaze and services. I am using honda amaze sxmt diesel car of 2017 model (Car no. Ap04bl4388) recently my car met with an accident on[protected] and we handedover the car to showroom on[protected] for repair. We have an insurance claim from bajaj allianz car insurances for which we paid (Renewed) insurance in showroom only. Till today our car process is not in any progress, honda showroom (Tirupati, andhra pradesh) is not responding since 40 days (From[protected] about insurance and starting the process. I am already waited for many days but there is no response from honda showroom tirupati, andhra pradesh that's why i am complaining to honda cars india. This is not correct at all.
