[Resolved]  Honda Cars India Ltd. — misplacement/theft of SD card from car music system during servicing of car

I have given my Honda City car no. WB02S4214 for servicing on 24th July, 14 at Pinnacle Honda, Kolkata. I got my car back the same day and later on I noticed that the SD card from my DVD Music system is missing. I raised several complaints to the service engineer, Subroto Sarkar and also to the Service Head, Mr.Sudhakar @[protected], however i was assured that i will get a call back after proper investigation, but till date nobody has reverted me. This is a serious issue, not because of the item misplaced, but because of the fact that there is no assurance that your car is safe even in authorised service centre of Honda Cars. If this standard of service and quality of people continues, Honda India will soon loose its service credibility in Indian market.
