Honda Cars India Ltd. — Navigation card got stolen | |||
Sir I am a loyal costumer of Honda cars. I am using two Honda cars one is Honda mobilio rso and one Honda city sv. A recent incident has has really shook my trust over Honda and its services. My mobilio (PB 11 BV 3114 GOYAL FABRICS) was taken for service by pick and drop to prestige HONDA at Bahadurgarh near Patiala on 5/11/2015. When I received my car back then navigation card was missing from my car. I have contacted several times complaining the matter to the concerned service centre but I have not received any satisfactory reply from them. Sir its a real bad experience for me and I don't think after this I will be able to suggest any person to buy a Honda car. Please resolve my probelem my contact no. I have contacted the service center multiple times issue me a new card as it is their fault. However, they are not ready to accept it. Instead demanding Rs. 7500 for a new card.
