Honda Cars India Ltd. — Need quotation for mobilio

I had visited more than five time in HONDA dealers at SURAT ( GUJARAT) in INDIA. They didn't give quotation for HONDA MOBILIO car for OLA CAB perposs. For this I have 2000rs loss on daily basice. How many time to need to understand to deal in taxi? Coustomer is ready duy car in cash but dealer not want to sale a car... if they want, then work on it in single day to close the deal.
