Honda Cars India Ltd. — unethical behaviour | |||
This is to inform you that, i have purchased a Honda Amaze Car on 21.08.2018 for personal use. so far it has been single handled and ran about 6600 kms. approximately. Today (07.06.2019) i took the car from my house (Veema Nagar, near JIPMER campus) to Manakula Vinayagar Institute of Technology (Madhagadipet, Villupuram) to drop my daughter to write Ph.D. entrance exam. After dropping her, immediately i tried to return home at 10.30 A.M, but the car not getting started . Inspite of trying several times, i was not able to start the car. Immediately, i called RSA through[protected]. After registered the complaint at 11.49 A.M (complaint No.s is 191493) till 1.00 P.M. no answer received. Hence, i called the local dealer of Honda Amaze, there they told me to contact Mr. Ramesh Babu, whose no. is [protected]. Immediately i contacted him atleast to relive me and take care of my vehicle as i have to pick up my daughter and go.. In response to that, Mr. Ramesh Babu answered that, he didn't receive any complaint and he was not in a position to assist. In the meantime, a technical assistant whose no. is [protected] has come at 1.29 p.m. and he said, it won't work and it has to be toed. Then he said toeing vehicle will come and toe your car to the service centre which is Capital Honda at Thavalakuppam, Puducherry. Inspite of speaking from person to person and running from pillar to post, nothing had happened till 3.30 p.m. After 3.30 p.m. toeing vehicle has come and he had seen the car. As it is a newly purchased vehicle, he said, he will try. Fortunately, the car was started and he went off and advised to go to service centre without running the A/c. As he said, i dropped the vehicle at the service centre at 5.30 p.m., in the Capital Honda, Thavalakuppam. I asked my close relatives to pick up my daughter and drop her again for second exam in the afternoon. The whole day got ruined like this. While buying a car, your sales personnel speaks lot of things but nothing has worked out. they said, so many things, toll charges we can... RSA will work in an effective manner... but to my surprise... today i exhausted my whole energy into it. Initially i tried to buy ETIOS becuase toyato service is always good. But one of my students has recommended this Amaze and i bought it. While speaking to the Manager he was also irresponsible. In such circumstances, what should the consumer do? This poor service, unethical behaviour need to be changed and improve your service. This mental agony wont replaced by anyone. so please respond to this and also advise your staff, roof level personnel to act immediately and do good service, also to satisfy your customer which will help your business more.
