Honda Cars India Ltd. — Vehicle damaged before delivery | |||
Dear sir, This is regarding chassis no [removed] of my car (City i-dtec). It was damaged before delivery (Bumper and under parts damage). I have already communicated with dealer (Sundaram honda) many times regarding this but till now i didn't get any response from the dealer side (Erode). They met me on 13.09.2016 and informed that they will rectify the complaint as soon as possible. I have been waiting for the past 25 days. After my several call and visit to the showroom, they asked me for the appointment to take the vehicle on 8.10.16. At 10:30am. I waited for them for eight hours. Later i called crm at 5:30pm (08.10.2016) asking for vehicle service. He informed me that he will communicate with me within one hour because i did not have answer due to the manager not attending my call from morning. But instead of him i have received call from mr. Alex. I’m not satisfied with his communication (Worst words). I was waiting for vehicle service for the past 6 months. My vehicle is idle for the past six months.
