Honda Cars India Ltd. — very poor response on car repair

I visited gopinathji honda baroda for repair if my car wrv after a minor accident with repairs to be done under insurance. I was told that since insurance is thru acko insurance we have to lodge complaint to them and then get vehicle inspected. Done complaint with acko and got car inspected at honda service center on 16th august, with information that repair estimate will be given within a day which took almost 10 days after too many reminders. Now still awaiting the parts to be received at service center to get the car repair. Almost 20 days are gone to first complaint, but still vehicle is in original condition. Very poor response and service support from honda. Will never recommend a honda to any one with such experience.
