This is regarding the honda service dealer i have registered with and their day by day worst services. I was always less satisfied with the way they provided services. Moreover this time they crossed the limits. The adviser at the dealer workshop had my vehicle kept at their place overnight saying that the clutch wire isn't working so it needs to be replaced. I trusted them being honda dealers and kept my vehicle overnight for servicing and changing the clutch wire. Next day when i went to take my vehicle back (Please note i wasn't called by them. After multiple calls by me they agreed that it's done and ready). My bike didn't start. What we came to know that the vehicle was kept on the whole night and my battery was completely zero. For that they again kept my vehicle for one more day causing a lot of inconvenience to me (They said battery charging will require 24 hrs, which is unbelievable). Even after that, when i brought it back, it's self start isn't working as expected. I took it again to them and they did some changes. Post that also it didn't work well. I went again the third time and they tried to just change rpm and did some non-sense changes again. Till today my self start isn't working well. It takes 15 mins to start my bike and it sometimes just stops working in the middle of the highway roads which is really very dangerous for me. I finally decided to write this email to seek a proper resolution to this issue. Hope this time they call me by themselves and fix all the problems of my bike. I am not willing to spend any money and i need to get this done for free since i am not at fault. My bike was nicely working before i took it for servicing. It just needed regular servicing that's it. But the mechanics and the adviser has done something really wrong and has caused me too much inconvenience and frustration. If my problem is not resolved at the earliest i will be forced to not go deal with any honda vehicle again ever. And also let my friends & family know that honda service centers are really bad and do not go for honda vehicles. I am really frustrated going back and forth to the service center. Please arrange a fix for this issue soon.
